From a running camp in Kenya to the Manchester Marathon there’s no stopping Jake in his tracks this year

Jake’s year was mapped out: a high-altitude camp in Kenya, a sub-3:15 marathon, daily training. Then came knee pain, and the risk of everything slipping away. Jake works in marketing by day and runs in every spare minute. But a nagging knee issue was making training harder, and risked sidelining him before his biggest goals yet.
