Set to feel like yourself again

 

“I thought I just had to power through. But it turns out I didn’t. I just needed the right kind of help.”

Katie is a sports therapist, a women’s health coach, and someone who understands the body inside and out. But when pelvic floor symptoms began to impact her life, both professionally and personally, she knew it was time to stop powering through and start seeking support. And as a women’s health advocate, she’s more passionate than ever about spreading awareness. “I strongly believe that no woman should have to modify their lifestyle due to menopause. We need to break the silence, seek support, and encourage each other to speak up.”
