I am so glad i chose to go to Bodyset for my lower back pain. I booked a few physio sessions through my work and Ana helped me so much. She talked me through what was going on and it put 2 and 2 together for me. I finally could understand what i need to do to help my back and what I've been doing wrong. I couldn't recommend them enough if you are struggling with your body and i hope to go back to see my progress.

She worked wonders for me and my pain. Some still ongoing but most in general were resolved. I was in a road traffic incident and I saw Ana for a few months and I started off with real issues that affected my daily life 100% and brought it down by less than 50% for what we could work with. Thank you Ana, it’s no reflection of the service it’s one of those things where obstacles come into place preventing full recovery and 1 particular injury just won’t resolve but everything else worked wonders!
