Really helpful physio practice, I worked with Ayushi over the course of 6+ months and really happy with the recovery and management of recovery plan to get back to full fitness
I've had a few sessions with Dhanishtha to treat back problems caused by pregnancy and I'm very happy. She's professional and attentive and treated exactly what I needed.
My 12 year old son had physiotherapy treatment on his knee over the period of three months.
He was seen by Dhanishtha in Stockwell and we were extremely pleased with her knowledge and expertise. She prescribed effective rehab exercises which helped strengthen the affected area.

Would not recommend. I went to Bodyset and spent well over 400 pound. On my second session I asked for some exercises as the cost was so high and I had not received any stretches or exercises. Dhanishtha said I am not at that point yet. It felt like they wanted more money from me, rather than actually provide help. It’s not cheap and I would say it is overpriced and the knowledge of the physio was poor. I have had a second opinion, and it is clear she had no idea what she talking about. £78 for half an hour. I would not recommend at all. It is a shame, as she was such a lovely person.

Ayushi was very knowledgeable and supportive! I had thought I wouldn’t be able to run my half marathon but she was determined to get me there, and I ran the whole thing! She was always available for any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
