Lesana put together a strength and mobility program for me, helping me overcome my niggling hip/knee issues, and go on to get a 10k PB! She accurately diagnosed the issue, and gave me a bespoke exercise program, starting slow and building up from there. Thanks so much.

I was treated by Caron twice for a very painful knee and she was a miracle worker. Knew exactly what to do following an in-depth chat through of what happened. Efficient booking and payment system and not on insurance so thought twice about the cost BUT worth every penny. I’m fixed!! Truly recommend Bodyset.
I had a damaged nerve in my arm and shoulder pain so booked some sessions with Kate. She was brilliant, helping me with exercises which I am able to do at home and amazing massages. I would recommend going to see Kate if you have any injuries or aches and pains. She was very friendly, calming and supportive.
