Over the past 7 months I've been seeing Ollie regularly for physio for my hips and shoulders, as well as injury prevention work in preparation for an upcoming hike.
He's been extremely supportive every step of the way in helping to formulate a targeted and effective plan that didn't just resolve the issue, but also gave me the tools to prevent it returning again.

Was recommended bodyset by my insurers due to injury i suffered and i have just finished my 9 sessions, my physio was oliver young and i cant recommend him enough with everything he did and explained and showed in the gym, always followed up with an email the next day with the things he would like me to do till our next session just incase you forget 10/10 from me and would fully recommend him!.
Excellent physio, Jon Symcox. Sorted out my foot pain with swift diagnosis and spot on treatment regime. Absolutely the right approach, focused on strengthening muscles/tendons, avoiding stretching.

I am active in the gym and rather injury-prone. I have seen countless physios over the years and Ollie Young at Bodyset, Horsham is the best I have seen. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and clearly on top of all the latest research and techniques.
I originally saw Ollie after suffering a severe back injury and I was amazed of how quickly he got me back on my feet. I had also been suffering with long term knee and elbow tendon injuries and I am very grateful that they are finally getting better thanks to him.
I could not recommend Ollie and Bodyset enough.

I’ve seen Sadia for 4 weeks now for a partially frozen shoulder (not that I knew that’s what it was) and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The movement I’ve gained back already is quite remarkable! Sadia really listens and got to the route of the problem in one session.
