Our Brigg Physiotherapy Clinic

Our Brigg physiotherapy clinic is in Chapel Court in the centre of Brigg, close to shops and Brigg station. We have our own dedicated clinic, with a friendly waiting area, two dedicated treatment rooms and a rehabilitation and exercise studio.

Our Brigg physiotherapists are a long-established team led by Helen and Ian McBride, who’ve provided physiotherapy in Brigg for over a decade. They can help you recover from injury, train for your next sporting event and deal with chronic pain.

Our physiotherapists will:

  • Create sports and exercise training programmes.
  • Deal with the effects of injuries and long-term conditions.
  • Help you get out of pain and reduce muscle tension.

Why visit our Brigg physiotherapy clinic?

We’ll help you live a fulfilled, pain-free life.

You might come to us for help to recover from an injury or from surgery. Or for support to deal with a chronic condition or the physical effects of stress. Or, you might simply want to live without physical limits, reaching your potential on the sports field, running track or yoga mat.

Our Brigg physios will take a comprehensive look at your history and the treatments you’ve tried before. Then, we’ll work with you to set and meet new goals.

All Bodyset Brigg chartered physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

After a difficult injury I was referred to see Hollie. She has gradually and patiently helped me both physically and emotionally to improve my quality of life. Always professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I placed my whole trust in her and its paying off. Thank you

I had developed limited movement and restrictive pain in my left shoulder which Anthony assessed and set me off with exercises and stretches after manipulating my arm and shoulder. The pain quickly reduced and movement returned to normal over a few weeks. A return visit set some strengthening goals and I'm happy to say they worked. The facilities are clean and comfortable with lots of equipment.
