You are guaranteed to see one of our award winning physiotherapists but Gymbox’s ‘larger than life’ vibe isn’t to everyone’s taste. That being said, this location will seriously appeal to aspiring athletes and hardcore gym bunnies as it boasts some of the best strength and rehabilitation kit around. This makes it perfect for treating and rehabilitating sports injuries, especially those related to weight lifting, high intensity interval training and martial art.

Our Bodyset clinic is set in a room off the gym floor for complete privacy. During your assessment we will objectively measure any limitations, set your baseline for recovery and outline your performance metrics and goals.
Our expert physiotherapists will guide and support you throughout your rehabilitation, strengthening your body through dedicated exercise programmes to get you performing at your full potential.
Throughout your treatment our physiotherapists will re-run your objective tests to demonstrate the how close you are to reaching your goals. We believe it’s important for you to not only feel the results but see the results!
