I have had extreme tightness in my lower limbs for a few months now, so I opted for a sports massage today. Will was really thorough targeting the points that gave me uneasiness, getting rid of my knots and relieving the tightness in my body. Stretching feels so much easier and better now. Will is really knowledgable and easy to talk with, highly recommend. Would definitely book again.
A job well done by Will. After the initial assessment, I was prescribed a series of successively more challenging exercises to aid my recovery from surgery. Throughout, Will was continually assessing my progress and laying down clear benchmarks for the movements I was required to perform. After completing the treatment, I feel that I returned stronger in the affected areas than I had been prior to surgery.
I came to Will at Bodyset after experiencing some pain in my patellar tendon while playing hockey. Since then, Will has helped me get back to full strength, whilst adapting the physiotherapy timeline to suit my own needs. His knowledge is second to none, and on top of this, his helpfulness and friendliness is top class. Will not only ensured my return to full health, but also helped me improve on a couple other aspects of my fitness, whilst also making the whole process thoroughly enjoyable. Would highly recommend 👍.
