I started physio with Niamh at Bodyset about a year ago prior to having surgery. During the lead up to surgery Niamh focused me on building the strengthening and flexibility to best support the surgery and recovery. Post surgery she provided a really good balance between pushing me with exercises to aid recovering and stopping me from overdoing it as I was keen to jump straight back in at the level of exercise I was doing before. Niamh is very knowledgable, she could quickly tell what was going on from a few tests and then set exercises that rapidly started resolving niggles, she also has a wicked sense of humour! Now being discharged from physio and well on the recovery road with all the tools and techniques I need to continue building up strength and endurance I can say I'm very happy with my experience at Bodyset, think you Niamh!
I had a great experience with Niamh Bunyan at Victoria Clinic. She took the time to clearly explain everything to me and helped me understand how to manage the issues I came in with. I left with a personalised training plan tailored to improve my fitness, with a specific focus on the area that was giving me trouble. Niamh was professional, approachable, and really knowledgeable — I felt in very capable hands throughout. Highly recommended!

I had regular sessions with Sneha after a bad ankle sprain, she was very thorough and considerate of my objectives while keeping me motivated to complete my home exercise program by measuring my progress at every session.
Sneha has been essential in my recovery from an ACL tear. She has a great attention for detail and I have made significant progress under her rehab program.
Sneha is a great Physio. I really enjoyed our sessions as she was friendly and helpful and kind. She was also very practical and realistic about exercise schedules and I started to feel improvements really quickly. I'd definitely request her again personally for any other injuries
i was treated over a few weeks by Sneha for a long term hamstring issue that failed to respond to usual self treatment. She quickly analysed the issue and deployed a series of treatments to reduce pain and strengthen the problem areas. The program is both a short term fix and long term solution; i was given access to their physio app to ensure i do remedial exercises correctly. Her program was very much dictated by my progress and responses. Thoroughly recommend her and the full bodyset experience for booking treatments and dealing with medical aid as well.

Came a few months ago with one problem on my shoulder and another one on the scapular muscles. I’ve been treated by Sneha and couldn’t be more happy with te results, she is a great professional, she knew from the beginning how to handle my injuries and after a few months with her my condition improved a lot.
