Booked in a session with Harsh to discuss a lower back issue I was experiencing and he was extremely helpful. He was professional, listened carefully and gave me specific advice which proved to be very beneficial. Highly recommended.
Harsh was fantastic. Over a few weeks, we got to the bottom of the issue and worked a progressive plan to strengthen the right muscles and get pain free. He was also very good at explaining the reason why this was happening and that helps me follow a path to figuring out what needs doing if I face similar issues again so it's not just a one time fix. Had a fab experience.

I spent a few months working with Harsh at Bodyset to work through some knee pain I’d been experiencing, and can’t recommend or thank him enough.
When I was initially referred to him I was a little bit sceptical - I’ve used other phsyiotherapists before and seen no improvement. This time was different.
Harsh spent time to fully understand my pain points and objectives to provide a tailored physio regime. Given the knee issues I had, he decided that the best plan was to focus on strength work for the area. It’s hard to argue with the results.
Each session we’d work through 3-5 targeted exercises, to make sure the technique was effective. then he’d give me home activities that were realistic but challenged me. He made sure that this plan was motivating but achievable, and that each week was different and improved on the last.
At the start of our programme I experienced really sharp knee pain during sports, and for days after. Since working with Harsh I’ve seen really clear improvements from day 1. I’ve recently been able to start playing squash and football for the first time in months and have experienced no pain at all, the change has been massive.
Would highly recommend Harsh and Bodyset to anybody looking for support and recovery with muscle/tendon issues! Thanks
