From having limited mobility, following a motorbike accident, which required multiple surgeries, to being mobile and able to do many physical activities that I thought were impossible following the accident. Kajal has helped me build up my mobility, strength, flexibility, power and balance, whilst gradually helping me decrease overall pain felt in my limbs following surgeries. I had multiple physiotherapy sessions with Kajal for plantar fasciitis, and she was excellent throughout. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each exercise clearly. I really appreciated how she reviewed my progress every week and adjusted the plan as needed. Her guidance and patience made a big difference in my recovery. Highly recommend!

After getting an appalling service from the NHS physiotherapy, I decided to go to Bodyset as my lower back pain wasn't diminishing. Kajal Patel was absolutely wonderful, a physiotherapist who truly cares. She thoroughly assessed my situation and prescribed exercises that best suited my needs.
