Unfortunately my experience was not positive.
I had sciatica in January for the first time.
I attended 3 appointments and religiously carried out the exercise. I advised the pain was not improving but was told to continue the exercises. Unfortunately, the continuation of the same thing did nothing to improve matters and I was left in screaming pain when two discs herniated in my lower back.
I reached out to Bodyset to ask for a referral for an MRI (which I had asked before when the pain didn’t improve) and they said they didn’t do that (never heard of that before.)
Another issue is my Insurance took a while to provide the authorisation code, which I told Bodyset. Bupa then tried to pay them and they refunded me. A lot of admin nonsense from Bodyset who made the process as difficult as possible and said they couldn’t give me a refund. Bupa pay a lesser amount than a private individual and even though I told them before paying, and it was noted, they refused to honour.
Overall poor service from all areas of the Bodyset company. Wish I had gone to a back specialist physio who would have known what they were doing, instead of a generic company which is just looking to maximise profits.
