About Becky
Becky is a Chartered Physiotherapist with an MSc in Physiotherapy and experience working in private practice. Her career has allowed her to work across a wide range of settings, from supporting elite athletes including footballers, rugby players, gymnasts, dancers and triathletes, to helping recreational athletes and individuals who want to move better and live pain free. She also enjoys working with people aiming to improve balance, reduce falls risk and achieve meaningful functional or performance goals.
Areas of expertise
Becky holds PHICIS Level 2 accreditation and a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification, which complement her clinical skill set and support a well rounded, evidence based approach to treatment. Her key clinical interests include functional biomechanics, particularly running related movement, and movement patterning to prevent, manage and rehabilitate injury. Having competed at a high level in sprinting herself, Becky brings both personal and professional insight into helping athletes of all levels optimise performance, build resilience and move with confidence.

What drives Becky most is helping people achieve what matters to them, whether that is returning to sport, overcoming injury, improving physical performance or simply living without pain. She is passionate about empowering clients to understand their bodies, take ownership of their recovery and reach their full potential through clear education and tailored rehabilitation.
Set to get the best out of life
Outside the clinic, Becky stays active through gym training and running. She also loves travelling, socialising with friends and switching off with a good book.
