About Catherine
Catherine is a compassionate Senior Physiotherapist and Quality Assured Practitioner with experience across hospital and outpatient settings in both South Africa and the UK. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy with Honours from Stellenbosch University and brings a strong foundation in evidence based, client centred care. Catherine is known for her calm, supportive approach and her commitment to delivering high quality rehabilitation tailored to each individual.
Areas of expertise
Catherine’s clinical interests span paediatrics, pelvic and women’s health, musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and the management of headaches and migraines. She is committed to continuous development and regularly expands her skill set through further training, including Kids Back 2 Sport for adolescent sports injuries, Women’s Pelvic Health, Athletic Strapping and Clinical Taping, and Sports First Aid Level 3.
