About Ethan
He qualified with a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East London and he’s HCPC registered. His experience spans both public and private healthcare, where he has worked with post-orthopaedic surgery patients, musculoskeletal injuries, athletes, stroke patients, and critical care cases.
He holds a BISMA Level 2 Qualification in Fitness Instructing and is able to provide personal training to those of all ages and backgrounds.
Area of expertise
Ethan has had several NHS placements, that have provided him much experience in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, neurological deficits, and supporting elderly patients after falls in the community. More recently, he has worked with a semi-professional women’s football team in Essex, offering rehab for young female athletes.
He is trained and competent in exercise prescription, sports massage, and taping.
Additionally, he has gathered experience in the management of pulmonary conditions, systemic illnesses and comorbidities from his time working in hospitals and inpatient settings.
His areas of focus and interest include : knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, sports and running injuries, acute and chronic low back pain, alongside personal training.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys learning about healthy eating and practising hybrid training, striving to be strong, athletic and mobile.
He is an animal lover, appreciating long walks with his dog.
He loves all sports, and stays very active himself through squash and bouldering, as well as running, cycling, and yoga.
