About Jake
Jake is a Physiotherapist with a pre-registration master’s degree (distinction) in Physiotherapy from Cardiff University, as well as a first-class degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Kent. Alongside his clinical training, he is also a qualified personal trainer with a Level 4 certificate in strength and conditioning coaching. Having previously competed in powerlifting, he has worked independently with clients to achieve goals ranging from strength and hypertrophy to fat loss and sport-specific performance.

He has successfully treated a wide range of patients, from recreational runners and semi-professional footballers to competitive Ironman athletes and strength athletes.
