About Leila
Leila is an expert physiotherapist with specialist experience in football where she has
previously worked with Crystal Palace and Charlton academies, working with children from
the ages of 7-18. Leila became a physiotherapist after being injured while playing football
at the highest level, Leila noticed a shortage in physio dedicated to women’s football,
something she strives to change.
Leila believes in a combination of treatments of manual therapy and exercise prescription
to achieve the highest results and recovery. She has a keen interest in treating sporting
injuries, striving to achieve patients return to sport.
Beyond the clinic, Leila enjoys going to the gym, playing any type of sport but mainly
football and tennis, but believes having quiet days is important to help unwind where you
will find her spending time with her family and friends.
