About Maisie
Maisie is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over seven years of experience working in elite Rugby League and two years’ experience within the NHS, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Throughout her career in professional sport, she’s worked across academy, reserve and first-team environments, supporting athletes through injury assessment, rehabilitation and return to performance. One of the highlights of her career was being part of the medical team at the Rugby League Grand Final, an experience she’s incredibly proud of.
Areas of Expertise
Her passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what they love. Maisie has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries and sports rehabilitation, and she believes her greatest strength as a clinician is her hands-on approach. She enjoys combining manual therapy with tailored exercise programmes to create treatment plans that are individual to each patient and focused on achieving long-term results.

What motivates Maisie most is seeing people regain confidence in their bodies, whether that’s returning to elite sport, getting back to the gym, keeping up with family life or simply living without pain. She prides herself on building strong relationships with her patients, listening to their goals and working together to help them achieve them.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Maisie in the gym, out running or spending time outdoors. Maisie’s passionate about health, fitness and recovery, and she’s always looking for ways to continue developing both professionally and personally so she can provide the best possible care for her patients.
