About Matthew
Matt is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. He has experience in providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for elite athletes at Tottenham Football Club, and pitch-side support for first team training sessions and academy matches at Wembley, Anfield and Old Trafford stadiums.
Matt offers manual therapy techniques such as massage, joint mobilisation, and manipulation as well as other treatments such as acupuncture and dry needling. He specialises in lower limb and tendinopathies and is an EXOS-certified Performance Specialist, who seamlessly integrates mindset, nutrition and movement, to provide a 360 approach to his client recovery programmes
