About Mo

Muhammad Kumail Hassan Raza is a Senior Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster and get back to doing what they love. Over the past six years, he has worked across hospitals, private practice, universities, and elite sports environments, caring for patients with everything from everyday aches and pains to complex musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

Mo holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT), an MPhil in Physiology and an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and is also a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist.

His career has given him the opportunity to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. Alongside extensive clinical experience in Pakistan and the UK, Mo has also worked in Turkey, where he gained valuable international experience collaborating with healthcare professionals from different countries and treating patients with diverse needs. These experiences have shaped his patient-centred approach and strengthened his ability to adapt treatment to every individual

Mo has a special interest in treating neck and back pain, sports injuries, shoulder problems, tendon pain, knee rehabilitation, running injuries and strength and conditioning. His treatment style combines hands-on therapy with tailored rehabilitation, movement analysis, exercise prescription and practical advice, helping patients not only recover from pain but also prevent it from returning.
What motivates Mo most is seeing patients regain their confidence and return to the activities that matter most to them. He believes that great physiotherapy starts with listening, understanding each person’s goals and working together to create a treatment plan that is realistic, evidence-based and built around their lifestyle.
Alongside clinical practice, Mo has contributed to research, teaching and international physiotherapy collaborations with published work in rehabilitation and physiotherapy journals. He is committed to lifelong learning and continually develops his skills to provide the highest standard of care.

Outside of the clinic, Mo enjoys strength training, cricket, cycling, travelling and exploring new cultures. He also enjoys creating educational healthcare content and sharing practical tips to help people stay active and live healthier lives.
