About Royston
Royston is a Senior MSK Physiotherapist at Bodyset with extensive experience in musculoskeletal health, biomechanics and performance rehabilitation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal and Sport Science from Loughborough University, internationally recognised for its excellence in sport and exercise science.

Royston specialises in musculoskeletal injuries, particularly lower limb and shoulder conditions, as well as sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. He has experience working across both hospital and private clinical settings managing a wide range of MSK conditions. Royston has also worked as Chief Physiotherapist for professional MMA fighters in India, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering injury prevention and performance rehabilitation programmes. His clinical interests include corrective biomechanics, movement optimisation, injury prevention and strength and conditioning.
