About Sadia
Sadia is a highly motivated, client-focused physiotherapist possessing strong clinical assessment and evaluation skills. She has expertise in musculoskeletal, sports injuries, in-patient and out-patient clinics and a keen interest in women’s health.
Sadia provides thorough assessments for her clients in order to design bespoke management plans. She provides quality care through the use of a bio-psycho-social model, and measures recovery through outcome individual measures and by helping her clients achieve goals set during the sessions.
Saida believes that mothers are often the first inspiration to their children and Sadia says that her mother is hers. Suffering with osteoporosis and diabetes her mother took physio sessions, which inspired Sadia to take up the profession. She’s passionate about making considerable changes in people’s lives through lifestyle modification, exercises, strength training and posture education.
Beyond the clinic Sadia is a full-time mum to two children and has a loving husband. She enjoys being around her family and taking care of them. She also enjoys traveling, listening to music, long drives, cooking and exploring new places.
