Self Funding Payment Options
Making payments after each session takes up your valuable time, time that’s better spent focussing on your treatment. That’s why we use a quicker, safer and smarter way to pay.
With our auto-payment feature, we only need to take your payment details once . Your card details are then securely stored and payment is automatically taken after each session. To set this up, please call our Client Care team on 033 0333 0435.
Your security is important to us. That’s why we have partnered with Datacash, a MasterCard company, who securely process and store your card details on our behalf.
The service is PCI compliant and no one from our team will be able to view your card details.
Don’t want to use auto payment?
No problem. You can also book appointments online and pay as you go.
Buy a booklet of treatment and save 10% off each session!
Our 30 and 60-minute booklets are now available to purchase online. Buy any booklet of Physio, Osteo or Massage and you’ll save 10% per session! All bookets are valid for six months from the day of purchase.
Private Health Insurance and Excess Payments
Just like with your car or home insurance, an excess is a contribution you are required to pay towards a claim you make on your private medical insurance policy. This excess is paid directly to Capital Physio.
After your appointment, an invoice will be submitted to your insurance provider. Within a few weeks your insurer will inform us if any excess is due in relation to this appointment. We will then reissue the invoice accordingly and email to the address provided. Further correspondence explaining this charge will be sent shortly after.
We understand private medical insurance policies can be complicated so if you have any queries in relation to your excess our finance team are always on hand to help.
Please note, Prices for Private Health Insurance Companies may vary from our standard prices.
Corporate physio discounts are available. If you are interested in becoming a corporate health scheme partner, please email email@example.com.
