Reporting to the Head of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Lead is an integral part of the Clinical Management Team at Bodyset and is expected to act as an ambassador for the Company and with accountability for the clinical standards and service delivery ensuring quality outcomes for our clients.

Product consistency will be core to this, as well as maintaining excellent clinical standards in line with company objectives. Clinical Leads will drive team development, training and clinical standards of our physiotherapy teams. This is a pivotal mentorship role with the chance to make a big organisational impact.

  • Oversee clinical standards and service delivery (approx. 10-15%)
  • Maintain a clinical case load (approx. 85-90%)
  • Report back to Head of Clinical Operations / Management team on Training needs analysis and identifying areas of development for clinical teams
  • Working as part of the Clinical Management Team to deliver company goals
  • Be accountable for compliance with all Bodyset policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations, ensuring that the clinic is prepared for audit 365 days a year
  • Strive to continually improve clinic standards
  • Being first point of contact for clinical complaints or issues
  • Ensure product delivery and customer experience is consistent
  • Oversee inductions & training of new employees locally
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations locally
  • Act in a professional advisory role to site(s) staff providing supervision and guidance, monitoring and evaluating their performance on a continuing basis


  • BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree.
  • Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Ability to work autonomously, while delivering against Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
  • Evidence of your continued professional development.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Able to effectively use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


  • Previous evidence of training or mentoring team members
  • Previous experience of practicing in the private healthcare sector.
  • 3+ years relevant post graduate clinical experience.
