Want to improve your running performance or simply get out on track and trail with like-minded runners? Join our 8-week training plan with our run club with expert running coach Lauren Sullivan and our Bodyset physiotherapists and RunFit specialist Niamh Bunyan!


Thursdays at 6.30pm on 04/01, 18/01, 01/02 and 15/02.


The runs will start and finish at Sweaty Betty, Victoria, 90 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5JL.

This run club is for all levels, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner and looking to set a new goal, build structure into your running, or would like the opportunity to clear your head on an evening with like-minded people, our run club is for you!

Who will I be running with?

Lauren Sullivan | Run Coach

Lauren has been a Personal Trainer for over 8 years and has completed two marathons. Last year ran 12 half marathons to raise money for London’s Air Ambulance. She works with clients who are keen to run their first miles, as well as those who want to improve their race times. Based in London Victoria, available for online or face to face training!

Niamh Bunyan | Senior MSK Physiotherapist & RunFit Specialist

Niamh has experience in helping patients overcome a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and believes that keeping up to date with the most recent industry research is an integral part of providing the very best treatment. Niamh is also an avid runner. Whether it’s a quick 5k at the park or a city marathon, she is always working towards a new running goal (London marathon 2024!) and she’s passionate about helping her patients reach their goals too!
