Do you accept private medical insurance?
Yes. If your policy includes physiotherapy (or the relevant treatment), we can bill your provider directly. You’ll just need to bring your membership number and authorisation code to your appointment.

Can I use my Blue Light Card or Student Discount?
Yes! We offer discounted rates for eligible clients as part of our partner offers. Just mention it at the time of booking and show proof of eligibility on arrival.

Can I book a course of sessions?
Absolutely. Booking a course of sessions not only keeps your recovery on track, it can also reduce the cost per appointment. Your physiotherapist will guide you through what’s best for your goals.
Do I need a referral?
Not at all. You can book with us directly, no GP referral required. If you’re using private health insurance, just double-check with your provider, as some policies do require a referral.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or don’t attend, we’ll charge a £25 fee to the card on your account. This applies to both self-funding and private health insurance clients.
