1-1 initial assessment
To ensure you get the most out of Pilates as a newbie, we start you off with a 1-1 assessment session. This will be with one of our reformer or mat Pilates trained physios.
We discuss your lifestyle and goals, and screen for postural imbalances and movement dysfunctions. We build a tailored program just for you.
