If you have a policy with any of the providers below, and physiotherapy is included, it’s super simple to pay for your appointments using your insurance. All we need are a few details up front, and we will sort the rest behind the scenes with your provider.
You will need a policy number and authorisation code from your insurance company in order to book an appointment. All you need to do is speak to your provider and request authorisation for treatment.
Some providers require you to attend a GP appointment before providing your authorisation code, so make sure to double check this with your insurer beforehand.
The following appointments are covered by private health insurance:
It’s easy to book via our website with your insurance, simply select ‘yes’ to one of the first questions asking if you ‘intend to pay with private health insurance’.
Only appointments covered by insurance will be displayed for you from then on. Once you reach the payment screen simply enter your policy details:
We will charge you 30p to secure the booking, which will be refunded to you once your insurance details have been checked and approved. We will then bill your insurer directly. You can also book over the phone, where we will talk you through what we need.
We will make every effort to ensure that your account is processed by your insurer, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the claim meets all the necessary criteria outlined in your policy documentation.
If your insurance company does not settle your claim within 60 days of your appointment, or there is a shortfall, then the liability falls to the patient to settle the account directly. We reserve the right to take payment for all unsettled appointments at our standard self-funding rate.
Please note that cancellations or appointments not attended will be charged a flat fee of £25, which is not covered by your provider.
