How do I book with private medical insurance?

It’s easy to book via our website with your insurance, simply select ‘yes’ to one of the first questions asking if you ‘intend to pay with private health insurance’.

  • Name of insurer
  • Policy Holder Name

Will I be charged upfront?

We will charge you 30p to secure the booking, which will be refunded to you once your insurance details have been checked and approved. We will then bill your insurer directly.  You can also book over the phone, where we will talk you through what we need.

We will make every effort to ensure that your account is processed by your insurer, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the claim meets all the necessary criteria outlined in your policy documentation.

If your insurance company does not settle your claim within 60 days of your appointment, or there is a shortfall, then the liability falls to the patient to settle the account directly. We reserve the right to take payment for all unsettled appointments at our standard self-funding rate.

Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

Please note that cancellations or appointments not attended will be charged a flat fee of £25, which is not covered by your provider.
