FAQs

Who is Personal Training for?

Personal Training is for absolutely anyone.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, prep for an upcoming sports event or simply get in shape – we’re here to help you reach your goals.

Whether you’re building endurance, recovering from injury, or striving for peak performance, our expert trainers will help you push further, move better, and feel stronger every step of the way.

Why is Personal Training important?

With the guidance of a Personal Trainer, we’ll help you reach your goals with a reduced risk of injury by engaging you in a safe and effective plan, bespoke to you and your body. Many people start to exercise with good intentions and often burn out, lose focus or injure themselves. From exercise to diet, we’ll make sure you stay on track. So all you have to worry about is showing up!

What can I expect from my first Personal Training session?

Before creating a plan for you, we’ll discuss your personal goals as well as your fitness and medical history. Depending on what you’re looking to achieve, we may also perform a physical assessment and make a note of your body measurements.

While we aim to help you reach your goals as soon as possible, we are not a quick fix. We’re here to help you develop healthy habits that you can continue to sustain for years to come too.

What should I wear to my Personal Training session?

Wear something comfortable. It’s important that we’re able to see how your body moves, so please wear comfortable and loose clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement.

Are Personal Training sessions covered by private medical insurance?

Unfortunately, Personal Training sessions are not currently covered by private medical insurance.
