With over 6.5 million runners in the UK, it’s no surprise that so many turn to running for strength, resilience, and the sheer joy of movement.
But running shouldn’t come with limits. With 79% of runners experiencing an injury each year, too many people are forced to stop doing what they love. That’s where RunFit comes in.
We fine-tune your form, reduce injury risk, and optimise your technique, so you can run further, faster, and pain-free. Whether you’re chasing a PB or simply chasing the feeling, we help you move better, run stronger, and go beyond what you thought was possible.
A strong run starts off the track. We assess your full-body strength, flexibility, and mobility to spot imbalances that could cause discomfort, limit performance, or lead to injury.
Using video gait analysis, we assess your foot strike, hip alignment, stride length, cadence, and movement symmetry. If needed, our clinicians will provide expert adjustments to fine-tune your running mechanics.
Your journey doesn’t stop here. If needed, we’ll recommend physiotherapy, strength training, or custom orthotic support to help you run further, faster, and pain-free.
Wear something comfortable. Preferably shorts and a tight-fitting shirt, so we can better assess how you move. Bring the running shoes you run most often in or want to be assessed in, and any extra software information you want to share (e.g. Garmin, FitBit, Strava etc.).
Unfortunately, RunFit Assessements are not currently covered by private health insurance.
