Set for stability.
Set for confidence.
Struggling with balance or feeling unsteady on your feet? Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a condition, or simply looking to stay steady and strong, our Balance & Mobility Assessment is designed to help.
By identifying the underlying causes of poor balance or mobility, we create a tailored plan to restore stability and reduce the risk of falls, so you can move with confidence. At Bodyset, our expert clinicians use a combination of clinical assessments and specialist techniques to help improve your coordination, stability, and movement control. Whether you need targeted exercises, physiotherapy interventions, or a structured progression plan, we’ll help you stay on your feet and in control.
If you or a family member have been feeling off balance, stiff and/or limited in movement, or have experienced a recent fall, then a Balance & Mobility Assessment is for you. Our expert clinicians are here to identify the cause of your symptoms and determine the best treatment to get you back to feeling balanced and confident in your body again.
Falls and loss of balance can affect anyone (whether due to injury, surgery, medical conditions, or aging) leading to complications such as fractures. Staying steady and mobile is essential for maintaining physical health, safety, and self-confidence at every stage of life.
During a Balance & Mobility Assessment, our expert physiotherapists will help to minimise your risk of falling by identifying the cause of poor balance and/or mobility and putting a bespoke exercise plan in place to alleviate your symptoms and prevent future falls.
During your Balance & Mobility Assessment, we will:
Wear something comfortable. It’s important that we’re able to see how your body moves, so please wear comfortable and loose clothing that doesn’t restrict your movement.
Unfortunately, Balance & Mobility assessments are not currently covered by private medical insurance providers.

"Since breaking my arm in a fall, I lost a lot confidence. I've been going to the B&M classes for about 8 months and I would definitely recommend them. They have given me more confidence in my walking out and about, and I very much look forward to them. Highly recommended if you are feeling frail and looking to boost your health, confidence and balance, in a fun atmosphere. Great value too."
