Clinical Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be used as a method of rehabilitation or general exercise. Designed and taught by physiotherapists, it helps alleviate pain, improve strength and prevent injury, benefiting:
During your one-on-one sessions, we’ll discuss your lifestyle and goals, screen for postural imbalances and movement dysfunctions, and build a tailored programme just for you. Sessions primarily include mat-based Pilates, with access to a reformer machine.
