Set for mobility.
Set for confidence.
Your body thrives on movement, but when something feels off, you notice. Tension, stiffness, discomfort, they interrupt your rhythm. Osteopathy gets you back in sync, restoring balance and function so you can move freely, recover faster, and feel your best.
Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body approach that supports your natural healing process. By targeting restrictions, imbalances, and areas of strain, we help you move better, prevent future discomfort, and stay strong in everything you do.
Our Osteopathy service is available at selected Bodyset clinics. If you’d like to see it at a location near you, let us know.

It is far better to invest in your health and look after the only body you have.
As with physiotherapy, osteopathy involves a lot of hands-on treatment. However, much of the focus is on the manipulation of the spine. It’s not uncommon for osteopaths to refer clients to a physiotherapist for their later-stage rehab following initial osteopathic treatments.
Physiotherapy is a holistic end-to-end treatment for injury recovery, pain management and improved performance in sports and everyday life. While physiotherapists also provide hands-on treatments, the focus
