What is Power Vinyasa Yoga?

Power Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic flow of movement, practised to music, with some reflective silence at the end of the session. It is a challenging full-body conditioning practice that will help you to achieve incredible results when attended regularly.

You will gain the following:

  • Stability
  • Stillness
  • And most of all… self love

When are Power Vinyasa Yoga Classes held?

Our small group classes are held Tuesdays 7:30 – 8:30 pm, Saturdays 10 – 11 am.

What time should I arrive? And what happens if I’m late?

We ask that you please allow 15 mins each side of the class to get yourselves accustomed to the mat.
Please make sure to arrive on time, as once the class starts, unfortunately, latecomers will not be able to join. Steph feels it’s important that everyone receives her full attention and can connect with themselves without disturbance.
