What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy helps relieve pain, restore movement and enhance performance. It improves flexibility, builds strength, and enhances coordination. Our assessments and tailored recovery plans aim to improve joint and muscle function and get you back to doing what you love.
What is a physiotherapist?
Physiotherapists are healthcare professionals who use ‘hands-on’ techniques, such as massage and manipulation, to relieve your symptoms. The hands-on treatment is supported by advice and exercise prescription in order to achieve a long-lasting recovery.
Private health insurance
Bodyset is recognised by all major private health insurers.
Depending on your insurer, you may need a GP referral before you can use your private health insurance with us. Once you’ve got your referral (if necessary), you’ll normally be offered an appointment with one of our physiotherapists at your preferred location, within 24 hours.
Private self-fund physiotherapy
No need to get a GP referral if you’re paying for physiotherapy yourself. To ensure we remain competitive, our prices are set regionally and can be found at the bottom of each clinic page.
Are you a new client?
Or a previous client with a new injury, pain or discomfort?
At services, select ‘Initial Assessment’ (45 mins, self-fund and insurance).
Or ‘Initial Assessment and Treatment’ (60 mins, self-fund only).
Are you an existing client returning for further treatment for the same injury?
At services, select ‘Follow-up Treatment’ (30 mins, self-fund and insurance).
Offers and savings
You can save £54 when pre-purchasing a block of six follow-up treatments online (each session is £40, rather than £49). Most clients require a minimum of one initial assessment and six follow-up sessions to achieve a meaningful and long-lasting recovery, which is why we highly recommend this payment option.
