Arianna Germini

Osteopath

From a young age, Arianna’s fascination with the impact of environments and lifestyles on the body’s functionality sparked her journey into holistic health. Driven by her passion for unraveling the complexities of the human body, Arianna pursued a master’s degree in Osteopathy in the UK, complemented by qualifications in Sports Massage (Level 3) and Acupuncture/Dry Needling. In her client-centered practice, she combines osteopathic techniques with client education, empowering individuals to comprehend their anatomy and physiology.

A firm believer in the transformative power of movement for recovery, Arianna encourages her clients to integrate it into their daily routines. Her approach goes beyond addressing localised pain, delving into the interconnected systems of the body to identify and treat underlying issues. Specialising in musculoskeletal pain, postural imbalances, and sports-related injuries, she tailors her treatments to each individual’s needs, employing a direct structural approach while also incorporating indirect techniques and cranial osteopathy when beneficial.
Arianna’s approach is tailored to each individual, considering their unique lifestyle and history.

Beyond the clinic,  Arianna is an avid surfer, a foodie, and a nature enthusiast. She also enjoys dancing to dancehall music, training at the gym, and spending time with her partner, blending their love for food, music, and cinema.
