Ayesha Saqib

Ayesha Saqib is a MSK Physiotherapist, with a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Essex. She brings a wealth of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has worked with professional-level rugby and basketball teams, alongside roles within the NHS and private MSK sectors.

Her passion lies in helping individuals recover from injury and optimising their physical performance. Now, she is excited to bring her expertise to the Bodyset Chichester clinic, where she supports clients in their rehabilitation, guiding them towards achieving their health and fitness goals.

Beyond the clinic; Ayesha enjoys working out, reading to inspire and travelling the world.
