Charlotte Halpin

Chartered MSK Physiotherapist

Charlotte is an experienced physiotherapist who has specialised within Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy for the past six years. She has worked in roles in both the NHS and private sector, including within the world of rugby, providing pitch-side physiotherapy and rehabilitating players after injury.

Charlotte has significant experience treating a variety of MSK conditions and sports injuries, and believes in using her skills to empower people to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life – whether that’s returning to work, sports or helping to manage long-term MSK conditions. She adopts a holistic approach to treatment and uses a variety of techniques including exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy. She has a particular interest in knee injuries, particularly ACLs, having undergone two ACL surgeries herself following sporting injuries.

Continuously seeking to develop her knowledge and skills, Charlotte strives to stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements within physiotherapy. She has recently started her MSc in Advanced MSK Physiotherapy, helping to deliver high quality, evidence-based treatment to her clients.

In her spare time, Charlotte is a lover of sport and is a keen runner and gym goer. She’s also a particular lover of country walks, dogs and travelling!
