James Templeton

James is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from Brunel University London. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

James has always had a keen interest in health and fitness. After playing rugby for 16 years and completing marathons and an ultra-marathon, he decided to train as a physiotherapist to help others achieve their goals.

James currently works for the NHS and in private clinics. He believes in tailoring each session to the individual’s needs and goals. He understands that every client is unique and requires a personalised approach to their treatment.

Beyond the clinic, he enjoys running, rugby, jiu-jitsu and spending time with his wife and children!
