Her broad experience in physiotherapy has been enlightening, challenging, and thought-provoking. It has enabled her to gain a great number of technical skills and in-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She thrives on helping her client’s achieve their true physical potential.

Beyond the clinic, Lydia loves testing her own capabilities within her hobbies, whether in the gym or trying new sports.
