Niamh Bunyan

Niamh is a Regional Lead & Senior MSK Physiotherapist. She has experience in helping patients overcome a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and believes that keeping up to date with the most recent industry research is an integral part of providing the very best treatment. 

Niamh takes the time to get to know her patients, educating them on their conditions and prescribing bespoke rehab and performance programmes to help them achieve their goals. As a qualified Pilates instructor, she teaches 1-1 Clinical Pilates classes to help her patients not only recover from injury, but to help people get the most out of their body. 

Niamh is also an avid runner. Whether it’s a quick 5k at the park or a city marathon, she is always working towards a new running goal (London marathon 2024!) and she’s passionate about helping her patients reach their goals too. Using our Footscan & Orthotics service, she enjoys helping fellow runners harness their strengths and work on their weaknesses, so they can achieve your running goals faster, without injury! 

Although she enjoys chasing the sun and heading off on sunny holidays, there is nothing more exhilarating than tackling the winter ski slopes! Which is why Niamh is part of our Skifit specialist team and so you will be faster and stronger, and prepared for your ski season this year! 

Niamh appreciates living a healthy balanced lifestyle, which is why you will find her enjoying the great outdoors, going to the gym, socialising with friends, and setting herself new challenges.
