Octavia Fineman

Octavia is a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist, dedicated to helping people feel happier in their bodies. She strives to provide her clients with bespoke rehabilitation and performance plans to her them reach their recovery, performance or lifestyle goals. With experience in working with people of all ages, she tailors her approach to suit her client’s needs.

Octavia has particular interests in assisting patients with return to sports, back pain, Pilates, strength and conditioning, acupuncture, kinesiotape and post-covid recovery.

Beyond the clinic Octavia enjoys running, boxing, Pilates training, walking her dog, and devising nutritional meals.
