Shruti Borkar
Chartered MSK Physiotherapist & Women's Health Specialist
Shruti is an experienced physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Loughborough University in 2021, specializing in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She treats a wide range of conditions, including post-operative care, and is a member of POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy). She has a particular focus on women’s health issues such as vulvodynia, pelvic floor weakness, and diastasis recti. In addition, Shruti has a keen interest in treating hand and wrist injuries and completed a Level 1 course with the British Association of Hand Therapy (BAHT) in 2022. She is excited to further her training with advanced courses in POGP and Hand Therapy in 2025.
Driven by a deep passion for helping others, Shruti finds great fulfilment in seeing her clients regain the ability to pursue activities they love after an injury.
Originally from India, she enjoys exploring new places, hiking, and cooking. A self-proclaimed food enthusiast, Shruti takes great joy in culinary adventures as much as physical ones.
