I came to Capital Physio with a really tricky groin injury that I've struggled to move for several years. My physiotherapist gave me exercises that gave me definite improvement, clearly explained what was happening in my body and is always in touch if I have a quick query. The admin team are also very efficient. Worth the money. Highly recommend

Excellent! To begin with any other word, other than 'Excellent' would hardly do my experience, and the benefits gained from having a couple of sessions with my physio justice. I have had a serious back problem for ten years. I am even registered as disabled. I still have the complaints, but I am not as sore as before, and I have learnt how to correct my posture. As can be imaged. My posture suffered terribly as a result of not having the muscles to support an upright position.

At the beginning of May I was experiencing knee pains that meant I was unable to run for prolonged periods (no more than a few 100m's). With a marathon and an Ironman on the cards this wasn't ideal.

After seeing Jack for a couple of weeks I was able to complete the marathon, albeit in agony. I then had a further 7 weeks of work with him before my Ironman. It all worked, I finished with absolutely no issues throughout the day, and even ran a PB split so there was no impact on pacing.

I will definitely go back, and would recommend to anyone needing something treated.
