Thanks Tanvi for the help with my lower back problems. You've got a very friendly and professional approach and I'm very happy with the results so far. I feel like a new man after our appointments!

I went to See Danielle Thorn at Capital Physio following a rotational fall from my horse while jumping. At my first appointment I could barely turn my head and had shooting pains across my back whenever I tried. Danielle was extremely professional and knowledgeable, treating me over a 6 week period which included designing a personal exercise routine for me to speed up my mobility and get me back in the saddle. A personal and professional physio which comes highly recommended (from someone who has visited their fair share of physios!)

I made an appointment with Danielle Thorn at Capital Physio when I injured a hip flexor muscle when training for the London Marathon.

As I got injured less than four weeks before the marathon – and after four months of intensive training – I was worried that I wouldn't be able to take part. However, Danielle booked me in for an emergency appointment, quickly identified what the problem was, and recommended a series of exercises to help me recover.

Over the course of three appointments, Capital Physio got me back on track – and as I was able to complete the London Marathon in less than four hours, I am extremely grateful to Danielle for the good advice and recovery exercises she gave me.
