At 1″ in thickness, this small Pilates head block is used to slightly raise the head in reclining postures in order to achieve the correct neck alignment. Created from non-toxic EVA foam which provides firm support, and is durable so great for a busy Pilates Studio! This block can also be used to correct the tilt on the pelvis, or for support between the knees. Single block only.
