Esther Rostron

Advanced MSK Physiotherapist & Women's Health Specialist

Esther is an MSK physiotherapist and a Mummy MOT registered women’s health physiotherapist.

Esther has a master’s degree from The University of Brighton as well as a graduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Bournemouth University. She has extensive experience in treating patients of all ages with a variety of different complaints and conditions, from orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation to acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and back pain.

She has an extensive background and interest in sports injuries, working with athletes from all levels, ages and abilities, and is currently a physiotherapist for Cobham Rugby Club. Esther’s other specialist interests includes women’s health and is a qualified Mummy MOT practitioner. She especially enjoys working with post-natal women; helping mums to get back to the exercise and sports they enjoy most.

She enjoys all aspects of treatment from using a mixture of hands on therapy, education to and tailored exercise rehabilitation. She is also an APPI Pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating Pilates-based rehabilitation into her exercise programmes.

Outside of the clinic Esther has a keen interest in lots of outdoor activities such as skiing, paddle boarding and running, but her main passion is horse riding. She regularly competes across all disciplines, but her main speciality lies within side-saddle riding and she can often be seen competing and judging at national level.
