Kirsty Hillier
Chartered MSK Physiotherapist
Kirsty is a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist, with a degree in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University.
Kirsty chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy after watching her dad being treated for rheumatoid arthritis throughout her childhood. It inspired her to want to help others control pain and regain their quality of life, post injury and whilst living with different medical conditions. And now, she strives to improve her Client’s quality of life in the same way.
Since graduating Kirsty has worked for City of Oxford College’s Girls Rugby Programme, alongside a number of senior rugby teams, providing pitch-side support and rehabilitation post injury. Some of the players Kirsty has worked with have been fortunate enough to sign for Premiership Rugby Clubs, and represent their country at age-grade level. Kirsty also works alongside Ella Sissons, at Oxford Harlequins RFC, providing support to 5 senior men’s and women’s teams.
Outside of work she plays rugby, having made her premier 15s debut this season with Wasps Women, achieving 9 caps for the club. More recently, Kirsty has signed with Harlequins Women and is looking forward to the opportunities that this may hold!
