Omkar specialises in neurology, running rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and acupuncture. His key areas of interest are yoga, Tai Chi, biomechanics, cricket, running, cycling, hill walking, hiking and football.
He is passionate about working collaboratively with his clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives. He is a strong believer in an integrated approach of hands on manual therapy, and addressing complex biomechanical problems.
Omkar has taken on his fair share of challenges, including a half marathon, the 3 Peaks Challenge National and cycling the Liverpool-Chester 50-mile bike challenge. Omkar is also a qualified tai chi instructor (Level 1) and loves to implement their principles in his rehabilitation.
He is fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi language, he also has a basic understanding of Gujarati.
